Dennis Barnett is the President of “Propinquity Associates” Business and Management Consulting firm. Propinquity Associates specializes in Knowledge Management and People Development; they extract the most "economic value" for their clients by working with their clients "intangible assets". Before forming Propinquity Associates, Dennis Barnett worked for Union Carbide Corp., PepsiCo, New York City Transit Authority and Champion International Corporation in roles as manager, director and vice president. He is an Adjunct Professor at new York University and Marist College and formerly served as a commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps. Dennis holds a MS degree in Inorganic and Analytical Chemistry from Fordham University and a BS degree in Chemistry from Herbert H. Lehman College.

Louis Heimbach

Louis Heimbach joined Sterling Forest LLC as President in January 1990. In August 1994 he was appointed Chairman and CEO. Prior to that, his 12 years as County Executive of the County of Orange was a record of continual accomplishment. Prior to his election as County Executive, he served three terms as Supervisor of t he Town of Wallkill. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Stewart Airport Commission, and is a member of the Urban Land Institute. Mr. Heimbach received his BS in Business and his MBA from Cornell University. |

Maureen Halahan

Maureen Halahan is President and CEO of the Orange County Partnership, a private/public partnership which seeks to promote the economic development of Orange County New York. Ms. Halahan joined the Partnership in 2001 as Director of Business Attraction. In that position, she created and trained a talented sales team comprised of three full-time economic development professionals. During her tenure, her team brought over $89 million in new investment and $75 million dollars in projected wage creation and new job opportunity to Orange County. Ms. Halahan was elected President and CEO in September of 2002. Prior to joining the Partnership, Ms. Halahan was involved in workforce development and public relations while owning and operating Orange County’s largest organic produce outlet. She is a lifelong resident of the Hudson Valley. |

John Steinberg

John C. Steinberg is the President and owner of Schoonmaker Companies, a residential construction company. He is a graduate of Stanford University with a degree in engineering and received his MBA from the Harvard Business School. After working for Key Homes in North Carolina and Levitt & Sons, Inc in Maryland, John was recruited to serve as President of Schoonmaker in 1972. He purchased the firm in 1977 and has gained a reputation for quality and value in the field of home construction. The company builds scattered site, town house, condominium and single family detached homes. |

Arthur D. Kowaloff

In July of 2003 Arthur Kowaloff retired as Managing Director of BNY Capital Markets, Inc. and remains active as a venture capital consultant. At BNY he was Senior investment banker responsible for originating and supervising a broad range of relationship-based financial advisory assignments. Prior to acquisition by BNY Mr. Kowaloff was Chief Operating Officer/Senior Managing Director of Patricof & Co. Capital Corp. He is a graduate of Carleton College with a B.A. in Economics and earned his J.D. from Yale University Law School. |

David S. MacFarland is President and CEO of Riverside Bank. Riverside Bank is a commercial bank serving small and medium sized businesses and professionals in Dutchess and Orange Counties. Mr. MacFarland has over forty years experience in commercial banking and prior to joining Riverside was Executive Vice President of Premier National Bank and Regional President-Hudson Valley Region of Fleet Bank. Mr. MacFarland currently serves as Chair of the Orange County Industrial Development Agency. |

John R. Galanti

John R. Galanti is a founder and CEO of DataNet Communications Group, Inc. Mr. Galanti has 25 years experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors. For the last 15 years, he has focused primarily on entrepreneurial business development and investment. Mr. Galanti has considerable experience in angel investing, having privately invested in early stage technology companies in areas such as optical components, superconducting circuit systems, software development and locally, as the primary angel investor in DataNet. In a period of less than five years, DataNet has grown from concept to a successful regional provider of fiber optic based data networking. DataNet provides broadband enterprise services to education, healthcare, government, commercial and wholesale users. Mr. Galanti is a member of the Board of Directors of the Orange County Partnership, the Ulster County Development Corporation, ant The New Jobs for New York Council. He holds a BS degree in Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. |

Steven Spiegel is Managing Member of the firm of Spiegel Legal, LLC which was founded in 1995 when the practice moved from New York City to Orange County, N.Y.
The practice concentrates on commercial law including private ventures, entrepreneurial transactions, mergers/acquisitions, intellectual property and branding transactions.
Prior to founding Spiegel Legal LLC he founded the RestQuest Corporation, one of the first "dot.com" companies, in 1992. Prior to that he was with the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, in New York and Los Angeles.
Mr. Spiegel holds a B.A. in Honors History from Brown University and J.D. from Columbia University School of Law, where he was named the Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar for academic distinction, all three years. |

Ginny Rizzo is President of E'clat, a business consulting company specializing in executive coaching and employee engagement. She also serves as Vice President of Rizzo Moving and Rigging, a company specializing in office and laboratory relocation. During her 25 year career with International Paper at the Corporate Research Center in Tuxedo, N.Y. she served as Manager of Quality, Director of Human Relations and Director of IP Technology . She also facilitated several mergers and acquisitions in the paper industry. She is a recognized agent of change and has published several articles on change in the workplace. Ginny is a member of the Board of Orange Regional Medical Center, The Orange County Trust Company and currently serves as Board Chair of the Orange County Partnership. She holds a BS degree in Analytical Chemistry. |
